This type of consultation is ideal for quick expert input, helping you move forward with confidence in your design decisions without the commitment of a full-service project.

Quantity

Use our time for any and all of your design questions. We can help you solve your floor plan, suggest fixtures and furniture, pick finishes and paint colors, and more. A follow-up document with notes on what was discussed (i.e. any suggestions, materials, sourcing, etc.) is provided following the consultation.

If additional design development is requested following your notes, (i.e. technical drawing, additional sourcing, etc.), it can be pursued at a rate of $175/hr.

No matter if you're tackling a complete renovation or just refreshing a single room, KHorner Design is here to help you craft a space you'll truly enjoy living in. Share your space via video, present photos and links for a screen-share walkthrough, or simply chat while we take notes—whatever works best for you. The time is yours to use however you find most helpful. Home design can feel overwhelming with all the decisions to make, but booking an expert consultation makes the process smoother—and a lot more enjoyable!

How to Prepare for Your Consultation
To make the most of our time together, a questionnaire will be sent to you ahead of our consultation. This will help me understand your space, style, and key discussion points so we can dive right into solutions during our call. The more details you provide in advance, the more targeted and valuable our conversation will be.
For the most productive session, feel free to gather and share:
Floor plans, blueprints, or sketches
Measurements of your space, furniture, or any areas in question
Inspiration images, Pinterest boards, Instagram accounts, or mood boards that reflect your vision
Links to properties, listings, or furniture pieces you’re considering
